Is MW3 Search and Destroy or Rainbow Six Siege actually harder at a high level?

Me and my friend have been debating this for forever and neither of us can agree. He thinks Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 Search and Destroy is harder because of how fast everything is and how much movement and gunskill matter, but I think Rainbow Six Siege has the higher skill ceiling overall. For me, a huge part of it is the maps and operators together. In COD, once you learn routes and timings, most fights still come down to mechanics and positioning. In Siege, every map feels way more complex because every wall, floor, room, and angle matters, and the operators completely change how those maps are played every round. I feel like Siege forces players to understand the game on a much deeper level instead of mainly relying on raw mechanics. I’m not saying one game is better than the other, I just genuinely think Siege is harder to fully master. What do y’all think?
