What I did wrong?
This is the first meal I did on my new blackstone, after seasoning.
Nothing stick. Good searing. Crunchy but soft potatoes. Juicy marinated chicken.
Seriously it's the first time I use a blackstone and I love it. And the cleaning is easy!
