Switch from engineering to social work
Just wondering if anyone has managed to change careers from something similar - with such a big gap. And how best I can equip myself (without having previous work experience in any similar sectors).
I understand there are many applicants to the step up programme and I wouldn’t have a chance from the bare minimum requirements of 6 months work experience in a similar sector.
