Should I contact an arborist? I'd hate to cut it down bc it provides some nice shade to the house but if it's dying, then I want to get it before it falls on the house

If I play a movie on my main TV, plex works fine. 4K movies play with no issues. This TV is near the main router and Plex computer and the computer is hard wired to the router. The TV is using the wifi.

If I try to watch a movie in my bedroom, plex can't play 1080p without buffering every few minutes. 720p is even sometimes suspect. This TV is near our other router and we are on a mesh network.

I don't know how to search for fixes to this issue or how to even fix this issue.

My software version is 4.159.0 and my video quality is set to Maximum. Plex also worked just fine when remote watching things from work.
