Is Dubois vs Wardley a real 50/50 and are there any other potential ones?

Last week we had what I would consider a '50/50' which is essentially a fake one. A fight between two guys where everyone talking about it describes the fight as a complete toss up but like 90% of people still pick the same guy (Inoue) to win. Then of course said guy goes on to win in non controversial fashion, proving people right. I'm not saying he destroyed Nakatani or anything but we essentially got a long route to an 8-4 like many would have predicted, the 4 rounds just happened to be grouped together and feel like momentum.

We saw a lesser version of this with Benavidez where a bunch of people were saying 'don't sleep on Zurdo' but none of those people would actually pick him to win. Then the fight was somehow even more one sided than expected.

But with Wardley vs Dubois there actually seems to be a range of opinions on who will win and even how they'll win. Are there any other fights that could realistically be booked that are similar? The ones that come to mind right now are Boots vs Virgil and Bivol (depending on his back) vs Benavidez.
