So I started on this mod, just to see what it would look like and if it was worth pursuing. I started with Shane being an orc. What are your thoughts?

This may have been done already, but I was thinking about making a mod to change the villager's sprites and portraits to be more fantasy based (e.g. elves, halflings, dwarfs, Tieflings, etc..). Has this been done before? I don't know if I have the attention span to do this myself.
