How realistic it is for me to get ready for Sept selection. I little bit of background is… I already went to selection once about 1 year and a half ish ago and got road kill. Since then I got complacent trying to get my career in other directions ultimately deciding that I do want to go back and give it another shot. I let my self go and went up from “peak condition” 200 pounds to 225-230 ish pounds. I am 5’11 (I am FAT!). I would need to drop down to around 200-205 pounds where I feel like I can really crush selection.

Current stats are.

- 592 AFT score
- 14:22 2 mile
- 8 dead hang pull ups
- Easily can get over 4 minutes plank
- 38:36 5 mile
- 59 HRPUs
- 2:41 12 mile.

Haven’t tested my deadlift, bench or squat PR’s in a while. But I would say they are good numbers if I was to go and test them any day. The biggest thing that worries me about selection is Night LandNav. Doesn’t matter how much I practice I seem to not make noticeable progress in that department. If I do landnav using roads I can find points with my “eyes closed”. Remove roads and make it nighttime and it’s a whole different story.
