Got a call to replace this guy, problem is that the set screw for the mortise lock is just a smooth cylinder, couldn’t turn it, push it in or pull it out, I was also not able to remove the lever after removing the screws, I know it’s Chinese manufactured, anyone seen this before and have some knowledge?
