I interviewed for a Program Manager role at Apple and completed 8 interviews which included 3 Directors and the Directly Responsible Individual for the division. Recruiter told me everyone gave positive feedback, we discussed possible salary, they mentioned some internal leveling discussions, etc.

Then the recruiter went silent and it’s been 5 weeks since I heard anything. They haven’t replied to my check-in emails and last week the posting was archived.

What happened? Is it possible I’m still under consideration or do I treat this as a rejection?
