Serious root slime issues, looking for advice on how to control it.

Im running an RDWC system and have been struggling with what im sure is Pythium, but i cant seem to get it under control. My roots keep developing this slime. Ive been treating the system with peroxide at 100ppm every 3 days. Water temps are around 18C, DO at or above 100% saturation (peroxide decomposition keeps causing supersaturation), ORP sitting at 320mV, pH around 6.3 but elevates quickly as the pathogen load increases. EC 1.2.

The pump is circulating the system volume 3.7 times per hour. Im waiting for a UVC clarifier to be delivered which im hoping will help. Im looking at introducing Bacillus to conpete with the pythium but currently not worth it due to the constant doses of peroxide. I dont think ive got any light leaks. But i took this photo yesterday with the water being fairly clear, today the water is very cloudy. Something made it turn overnight.

Im just hoping somebody here with more experience with me might have some golden wisdom to share.
