Can anyone clarify the TMD dietary restriction wording? Particularly the "With dietary restrictions to all mechanically altered foods" statement. This sounds like it requires a restriction to everything listed (full liquid, semi-solid, etc.), but then another rating specifically requires "With dietary restrictions to full liquid and pureed foods."

The "full liquid and pureed foods" restrictions is more stringent than "all mechanically altered foods" because the latter still includes soft and semi-solid foods which would be more difficult to chew.

Would being instructed to eat a soft or semi-solid food diet satisfy the "dietary restrictions to all mechanically altered foods" requirement?
