Hi all. We use Blossom and Root curriculum and are on the Language Arts section (lvl 1, age 7) where they recommend a handful of books of story collections from different countries. They're not holding my daughter's attention well, they feel a little dry to her. Does anyone have story collections your kids love? We do read individual books as well, about each country, but having a collection of fables would be nice. Not particular about which country.
Also considering switching to Build Your Library, or doing both. If anyone has experience with it, I'd love to hear about your experience and if the books are more engaging.
(No shade to B&R, I love the curriculum and as a kid, I read most of these books as a kid. My daughter just has different taste)
