Need some advice on how to do better when drawing male characters (slight NSFW)

Just being safe with the NSFW tags and title. Obviously, these are WIPs.

I've always had issues with drawing guys, especially faces. Anatomy/muscle definition, not so much, but I can probably still improve. I have a very half realism/half anime style when it comes to drawing. And was hoping that other artists who have struggled with drawing guys and found success may allow me to glean some of the tips and tricks that helped them.

Thank you to any that comment any kind of advice, I really appreciate it.
