I got this laptop about two years ago from a friend and everything was awesome with it. It was my first real gaming anything and so I did as much as I could with it, but after about 6 months it suddenly started crashing. It’s only certain games like No Mans Sky and weirdly Roblox, but when I try to play them it completely freezes the computer until it blue screens which I reset by powering off and on again. I took it to a local repair shop who put a 2tb NVME in it because they thought it was because I was running stuff off of an external drive, but running games locally didn’t fix it. Then I took it to Microcenter who said it’s not even worth looking at because it would be as expensive as a new computer. I’ve done all the normal stuff with updating and rolling back drivers and bios. Has anyone had the same problem? I just don’t have the money for a new machine right now, and I really like this one.
