Baby is 6,5 month old, currently taking 2.5-3 hour WWs with 3 naps a day, which worked for us pretty well since he was 4,5 month old as he liked to take one long and 2 short naps a day.

A month ago nights turned into chaos (waking up 2-3-4 times a night) but we chalked it up to sleep regression due to starting to practice crawling.

Nights improved (with less and less wakeups) but he started to fight naps, taking longer to fall asleep, (especially last nap), fight bedtime and rise at 5 am in the morning with occasional sleep in until 6 am. (Usually nights last from 7:30PM to 5AM).

Is it time to drop to 2 naps and increase WWs? Or am I doing something wrong?

Just for the record: he goes to bed between 7-7:30 PM (depending on last nap), routine is bath-feed-lullaby-then transfer drowsy into his crib. Dark, cool room.
