This is a genuine question. I've already opened a trace and done all I could do for this package. But tbh this is one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a package in logistics especially with it being a medium size package. I work at DHL but I've also been a supervisor at UPS before and I know the shit y'all go through... Usually smaller boxes are lost easy and never recovered. I'm curious about Tracy CA in general because I've heard that it's a regular occurrence for people to have to wait like a week for tracking to update from that point forward, as if it's in customs. Systematically, I'm wondering wtf is going over there, if that's the case. Any advice would be appreciated as well!
