I'm dating a great guy, everything is going very well.
However. I am only able to sleep about 6 hours on average.
Once I read that the chemical changes caused by falling in love are very similar to the ones that cause hypomania.

... can you sleep as usual if you fall in love?
or did you experience something similar?
if yes - how did you cope?

(p.s. i am taking my meds, no change in that regard)
