Perhaps a silly question.

For those who started FIRE journey extremely early, it changed the mindset. I felt like I am everywhere temporarily. Have been dating, but in the back of the mind there was no need/desire for commitment since life paths were going to diverge at some point in time.

Had two relationships with people working remotely too, but we wanted different geographies, and had different mindset about money.

How do you deal with that? Having relatively 'abnormal' lifestyle, and not knowing quite yet where exactly you will end up living in retirement (5-10 years from now) when trying to date at current location?
