


We’re hiring an Office Manager for a high end residential construction management firm (ACBC) based in Locust Valley, NY.
This is an operations-heavy role supporting project managers and ownership, less “front desk,” more coordination across vendors, documentation, and project/financial tracking.
Responsibilities include:
Vendor coordination, COIs, and compliance tracking
Organizing proposals, contracts, and project documentation
Supporting invoicing and budget tracking
Maintaining internal systems and processes
Details:
Full-time
$75k–$85k depending on experience
Some flexibility, but local presence required
Looking for someone highly organized with solid operations or bookkeeping experience. Construction background strongly preferred (or adjacent industries like architecture/engineering).
