Hi Everyone, I need some advice for how to loose weight.

I am 18, biologically female, I am 5’2 and weigh 304lbs? I think that is right, I use kg with my weight, for that I’m about 137kg.

Unfortunately I have been overweight my entire live ever since I was a child, my father is overweight too so always had bigger portions. I have no idea if genetics have anything to do with it. I have been wanting to loose weight for a while, I had started to do some exercises I found on YouTube but unfortunately got an injury. I didn’t know a lot about weight loss at this time.

Right now I have been looking into calorie deficit and how to make it happen with my current predicament. I won’t lie I am not the healthiest eater. I only really drink water and have tried to cut out all snacking and smaller portion sizes. I have been tracking my calories with one of those apps that you can take a picture of your food and it uses AI, I am aware these are often off by some calories.

The problem I have is I am quite inactive. I have injuries to both calves which means it can be hard to walk. I am a point in my life currently where I am using a wheelchair. I have seen some chair workouts but wanted to know how effective they actually are?

At the moment I am trying to eat less and at least be up on my feet more but I don’t want to be stuck like this. Any advice or information about how weight loss works is helpful. Sorry this is so long ♥️
