Suddenly Red Meat makes me violently nauseous and nearly pass out

In Colorado, 20 year old female. Awhile ago, yeah, a tick did get me but I removed it. Sometime after, I was eating a burger and felt so terrible, whenever I stood everything was dizzy and I felt just oddly terrible. Then a beef taco, same thing, absolutely terrible. No I’m not pregnant, I haven’t started new medications just that ones I’m currently on, stimulants for ADHD and birth control. Nothings changed in my style of life- and yes it may be an obvious conclusion the tick is behind this, BUT, everyone and including a friend that’s a nurse said no ticks in Colorado give that disease, Alpha-gal. And I have anxiety going to health appointments and I’m afraid they’ll laugh at me for assuming I have a disease I can’t get in my state in the first place. Another thing I noticed was I do get occasional rashes out of the blue, but the placement is so random of these hives- I don’t know what to conclude touched me that caused it.

I’ve had a doctor say it’s a possibility I have PCOS or endometriosis, but she never wanted to provide a test for either. She refuses to. I have no idea if that contributes. Im wondering if suddenly I just got an allergy to beef. Is it worth it to get a test?
