Resin PSA
I'm making a post so that people like me can hopefully find this post when googling.
Hopefully this isn't a duplicate post. I also want to make this post a one stop shop for finding resin in the early game. I don't make posts otherwise ever but truly this is one of those that despite my best looking I cannot seem to find anyone talking about it.
Resin can be found in any dead tree stumps or logs.
Like seriously if you chop any dead tree stumps or fallen logs they always drop resin (usually 3+ nodes at that) Red farmable trees are also a good option but those take a fair amount of investment and time. Killing the Vukah (wookies, ewoks, big bear things) is not a great source of resin. They do drop resin but so little that if you are going full wizard/healer as I am, you will use more killing them than its worth. So if you need resin more immediately in a large quantity, IE being out and about just chop some stumps. I have also attached a picture of the location in the Springlands, I have found that has the most stumps for collecting resin easily. Right near the farmers ancient vault. I hope that this information helps people like me who are looking for the best places to get resin.
