hi I know the title of my post is super out there but so was this book. I can’t remember much about it. I read it in Middle School, probably over a decade ago now but it sticks in my mind because it was so bizarre and was definitely not intended for middle schoolers. i think the cover was black and white and had a raven or crow on the front. I vaguely remember that it followed 3 different perspectives of two brothers who I think one was adopted going to a horrible awful summer camp where a kid shoots himself in the foot in the first week so he can go home. It also follows some crackpot scientist woman who is trying to get rid of men, and a man who is literally very slowly melting and is being encouraged to commit crimes and acts of violence by a hallucination of Joseph Stalin. Super weird concept and I also think there is a pet raven or something involved somewhere as well. that’s everything I can remember from it. Thank you!
