I have a brand new Ipad Air. I cannot get past the startup screens because it wants me to login. Should be no problem. I put in my email and password and then put in the code sent to my email. It then wants to do 2FA, No problem. When I input the code sent to my phone it tells me "an unknown error has occurred."
This happens on the Ipad, my PC and my phone.
I can login fine on the AppleTV+ app.
I go to support and it tells me to do a password reset. When I do that it gives me another error saying that there is an error with password resetting.
I am completely stuck here. Any suggestions?
My date/time are correct. Everything is updated, even the new Ipad since it wouldn't let me even try to login until it updated.
