I know this is vague as hell. But her design seems so familiar to me, the sort of... microbangs long blue hair, small quiet girl. I swear she reminds me of somebody but I have no idea if it's a real character, a Vtuber I've seen in passing, or just a vivid delusion.
Even the little thumbs up thing she does makes me think of somebody, but that might be unrelated to her design.
She gives me such weird deja vu.
