
So just wanna preface this by saying I’m not asking for live tax advice here just reporting a technical issue. I’ve already tried H&R’s support phone number and they just tell me to upgrade to plus for more help which is insane.
H&R Block Online is showing an upgrade popup where the “Continue with Free” button does nothing. I tried using multiple browsers, the smartphone app and cleared cache/cookies and no matter what I do the “Continue with Free” button does nothing. It’s starting to feel like H&R is forcing me to upgrade to plus for a simple tax return which is just shameful.
Has anyone else had this issue? I’d like to use H&R Block cause that’s where I’ve always done my tax returns but this is ridiculous..
