I have got accepted to work on a project, being instructed to use Insightful, but I don't see it in my tools. Very confusing onboarding all around, but specifically about the timer tool, how do I get it?

So a few ago I wrapped up my interview loop for the Lead Product Designer role on the Google Home team, and I am pretty sure I am not getting the job.....but honestly, it was totally worth it.
Everything was going fine and we were doing the usual corporate dance until the hiring manager leaned in and hit me with the classic "so why do you want to join this specific team?"
I told him I want to get hired, crush every metric, get promoted, and ruthlessly maneuver my way up the org chart until the person currently in charge of the Gemini and Google Home integration is my direct subordinate. And the very next day, I am going to fire them.
The manager just kind of blinked at me, so I explained that I am going to fire them specifically because for as long as anyone can remember, people have been begging for one painfully obvious feature. For at least six solid years, entire Reddit communities have been screaming into the void, asking Google to stop forcing the device to vocally confirm every single damn command. Nobody needs to hear OKAY, TURNING OFF FOUR LIGHTS at 2 AM when they are just trying to go to sleep. It is an infuriating user experience, everyone hates it.... and it would take practically zero (!!!!!!!) effort to implement a simple toggle switch to make it stop or replace with a one gentle sound confirmation
I told him my entire career trajectory is a hostile takeover fueled exclusively by the rage of being yelled at by a plastic cylinder, and that fixing this one issue is my villain origin story.
Anyway, the room got really quiet after that. They said they would be in touch.
