After only mowing for 2 weeks(no issues), I did an evening mow successfully, went to charge it overnight, was charging good, it rained in the morning and has been bricked since. It does not power on, the charging station does indicate it is charging the battery however the unit is dead. I've done everything that I've been able to find online to try and reboot the unit with no success.

Considering the unit is rated ip65 same as my outdoor ev car charger and the unit bricked after rain does not inspire much confidence and the recent announcement with a Chinese holiday so they wont respond quickly to emails is unacceptable and I've requested a refund. For something I've spent 3k on I've gotten more support for buying a t-shirt.

This is more of a cautionary tale for those looking at buying one in the future. Free to ask any questions.
