So as the subject/title states I began developing pain on the right hip three days ago. For clarification, I’m seven weeks post op for a left hip labral tear. My right hip feels as if it’s catching/pulling and hurts only in the front of the hip/upper quad. Hurts with walking. The pain is pinpoint and I can press directly on the affected spot. Today it began hurting at pt as I was finishing the clams exercise. Previously times it has felt immediately better after a good pop or rest/ice/NSAIDS. Has anyone dealt with this? I’m thinking it’s some kind of tendonitis.
