I have two raccoon tails bleached into my black hair and a stripe of blond in my bangs. Is it safe to use just the tube of Joico color hair dye? Like it wont damage my hair further?

I used to dye my hair red and now I just don't want to deal with the red haunting me. I would love to keep the hair blond but I don't have money to go get it bleached again. I know my bangs are growing out and want them to blend in better before my psw classes start. I'm leaving the raccoon tails alone or maybe I should make them look more ashy/platinum? If making them more silver besides my purple shampoo how would I even go about that.

Should I just dye both the raccoon and the bangs a emerald green or dark purple or dark blue? should i just dye my bangs black when they grow out?? please help a indecisive girl out!
