I’ve just started my sourdough journey and doughja cat is 4 days old now. I’m still not 100% sure what I’m doing, but she’s doubling now after 5 hours and I’m wondering if she’s ok to bake my first loaf with? I fed her before i left for work at 2pm (at the 300ml mark) and this picture was sent to me at 7pm

My measurements haven’t been too accurate but on day 1 i did 1 cup bread flour and 1/2 cup water and each day after i did 1/2 cup bread flour and 1/4 cup water. I did discard half each day.
