I had youfibre installed the other day, but the ONT box still has a red alarm light. I've read a few posts from several months ago stating this was due to a firmware issue. Is this still the case, or do I need to contact them. I have restarted both devices but it's still showing.

I moved from Virgin (1 gig) and took the 2000 package, but it's not been that great if I'm honest, both kids have reported issues playing games online, and I'm struggling to get anything above 800mbps when running a speed test.

Any help or info appreciated
