So I have a question every so often I see someone talking about how your password is safe if your school uses an SSO now I'm at FSCJ and use Onelogin as the SSO, and I want to ask how true is that? I'm not really all that well-versed in computers and things like that beyond maybe the basic things so if someone has better knowledge about all this then I like to know.

I know this might be a dumb question but honestly I have gone through college and this is the first time this has honestly came up for me, I was just more focused on things like my classes, assignments and exams I have never really thought about
