Long hair thinning and losing length.
Im a young adult who has always had long hair even as a child. As ive been getting older though my hair has been thinning and losing length and not regrowing. Everytime I bring it up to someone they kinda just shrug it off and aay you are young its not gonna happen. Ive been doing research into it myself and I think I have the starting hairline of going bald. I bounce around hair shampoo and conditioner wise to see if any work at all, i try to avoid super hot water, i dont use a lot of hair products since ik it can damage it and i will admit i dont go to the barbershop a lot but im not sure if not going can cause hair loss/baldness. Any tips or help is greatly appreciated thank you
