There has been one thing always bugging me since episode 7 aired. And would be the ending scene from EP7.
In the aforementioned scene, we see Nox approach Nem in The Lady's base. But, we know this isn't possible because this Nox has his dyed hair.
To my understanding, Nox has been trapped within the dream world until Baku freed him in EP15. You wouldn't need to put someone who has been sleeping normal hours on IV drips. Every appearance of Odaka afterwards doesn't have any dyed hair.
Any appearance of Nox beforehand is tinted red or shown beside the Red Moon to show he is still dreaming. For example, episode 3 after Baku couldn't stop the bomb nightmare. Nox aura farms on a skyscraper but he's still in the dream world as indicated by the moon.
I've been fixated on this scene because The Lady tells Nox about the "Dream of the butterfly" story once he is freed by Baku in EP15. Basically a story about a man who wakes up from a dream about being a butterfly. Then he questions if he is a human dreaming of being butterfly or if he is a butterfly dreaming about a human dreaming about a butterfly.
So I was thinking that Nem was hidden in a dream within a dream as a double layer of security. But then comes around the Catastrom debut to throw all of that out of the window.
The only thing I can say that the "Dream of the butterfly" story is that perhaps The Lady knew she was in a premonitionary dream. Like a fictional character being aware they are fictional. I say this because The Lady instantly pieces together that Baku has had a premonition after the Bomb Nightmare returns to her after getting Catastrom'd.
Anyways, I'm throwing this out here to ask everyone if there is something I missed or if there is the possibility that the production team just messed up.
