[19M][PST][PC]Looking for a new friend or set of friends for gaming
Hey there. Ever since acquiring my laptop, I’ve finally been able to play a lot of PC games I couldn’t before as an Xbox user (poor me I know). Unfortunately, most of my other friends are purely console players or don’t feel like trying out some of the games I tend to play or own. So I’ve decided to turn to this subreddit for the possibility of getting some new people to play with and hopefully making some real friendships.
For some quick info about me in order to judge, I am currently a college freshman. I am a computer engineering major (tragic I know) and yet still not nerdy enough about anything to do with computers. I’m of Hispanic descent, Guatemalan to be exact. Some of my favorite games of all time have been BOTW, MGR, Mario Odyssey, Ultrakill, Portal 2, and Neon White. Beyond gaming, I enjoy writing, cooking a fire meal, watching and playing soccer, tabletop games, and lego (when I’m not too broke to buy em).
For the games I currently play or own:
- Overwatch (This one has had my most attention recently and is the game I’m most looking for people to play with)
- GMOD
- Minecraft
- Portal 2 (Co-Op)
- Left 4 Dead 1 & 2
I’d also be down to download some other free options as long as they wouldn’t be too intense for my terrible laptop. As for time, I typically play after 7 a clock since I have to attend classes before that and tend to designate time to study or do homework prior. I usually play up to midnight or just before but try not to push it too much. On the weekends I’m much more available throughout the day unless otherwise specified. (Keep in mind my finals are in like 4 weeks so I may become busier as time goes on. Although afterwards it’s summer so I’ll be especially free)
