Found a tank on the side of the road!
Hey so I found a tank someone was giving away for free it’s a 30 gallon tank and I washed it down with soap and water(any other suggestions for disinfecting appreciated) but I’m new to the hobby and want some ideas from experienced folks about what I should keep that’s fairly simple maintenance and pretty. I’m thinking freshwater and I would like to keep a betta fish but I’m unsure of what species house well with it if at all(and I don’t wanna waste 30 gallons on one fish yk)
Also any tips with tank decor would be appreciated (how to make it tank ready,what to avoid. That kind of stuff) also yes the tank is not leaking and seems sturdy to keep things in it still
