Finding "Angel Exterminatus: Flesh and iron" help

I wanted to read our Primarchs book as its been recommended on here a few times but I searched every book store in my city today and its no where, also online it seems to be between $100-500... So I guess my question is where are all of you reading this? I really dislike audio books and prefer to read paper when possible, but I guess audio might be the only way?
