Japanese Bento Rice is cold, Sushi rice is cold, I can imagine a handful of times I've had other outside rice stuff that was cold and I enjoyed with it. I don't make bad rice, my rice just taste bad cold. I like to eat fish so when i pack my lunch I have to pack 2 boxes, my cold box and my hot box to be heated. Honestly really only the rice needs to be warmed because it tastes bad cold.
How do they achieve good tasting cold rice?
