Is there something I'm missing?

• wrong power ups?
• wrong arcana?
• Do I need a certain crawler (or crawler + arcana combo)?
• My deckbuilding sucks?
• I don't have enough power ups unlocked yet?

I'm usually losing > half-health on the first floor, and dying soon into the 2nd floor
