Update: Thanks for the recommendations, went with the DP-UB450-K

In my first post, I had been asking about the Panasonic DP-UB820-P, and where to find them.

After sharing some more details about my particular TV and audio setup, I became convinced that the DP-UB450-K was the better value for what I have. I was able to find it on Walmart, and have it delivered the very same day. I was skeptical, but pleasantly surprised when it still did.

I am very happy with the thoughtful recommendations from this sub - thank you!

Trying to find a DP-UB820-K. Where should I look?

As the title says, this model is hard to find. I can find the 420 lots of places, but the 820 adds Dolby Vision (my TV supports it), and it’s quieter / better build quality. Amazon is all over the place, and Best Buy’s website is weird: yesterday they had some open box (returned) versions, and today they don’t.

Am I just going to have to hunt online each day until I find one at a good price? Or maybe unassuming places I should check out to see if I can ‘get lucky’ ?

Any tips or suggestions appreciated !
