Noob question here,

Got some blu-ray UHD to rip. First time that I'm presented with this.

We have an ASUS BW-16D1H-U....can't really tell whats the difference to the BW-16D1H-T but it won't load the UHD disc. I've been reading the makemkv forums and it got quite confusing to me... seems like I need to flash the drive.

Is this needed to apply at ALL drives to be able to rip UHD's, or are there drives that you can just by and be able to do it?
