Costco filets, coffee rub, 225 degrees reverse sear, pulled at 120, ten-minute rest, cast iron sear (no baste), finished with bold cowboy butter. Steamed broccoli and roasted baby potatoes. Toasted Costco rustic Italian bread.

Very grateful for that meal.
