Hello!
I was wondering if anyone could share their experience with their RMA waiting times when it comes to Corsair.
For context: I had to return both my RAM sticks since one of them was faulty. I didn’t know advanced RMA was a thing (it’s my first time dealing with this) so I went with a regular one, knowing that my PC would be dead for a bit. I shipped my RAM two weeks ago on Wednesday, and according to the UPS tracking, the package was received last Monday. I knew I had to wait for 2-3 business days for them to process the whole thing, so I waited. Alas, I heard nothing from them for the whole week.
I even sent a follow up message on Thursday(in a polite manner, I can only imagine what these people deal with on a daily basis, I didn’t want to add to their problems), but no answer to that either. With tomorrow it will be a full week that they’ve had my ram there, I was wondering if this was normal considering their email said otherwise (2-3 business days to process the thing). Of course I wasn’t expecting to get them the day right after, but the lack of communication and this being my first time dealing with this system are making me a bit worried.
Of course I’m not expecting an answer on a sunday afternoon, but I was wondering if there could be anything else I could do if tomorrow I fail to hear any kind of news from them.
