I've had to reset the console for nearly every turn in a game against easy-level CPUs, just because either I get horrible RNG or the CPUs are overly aggressive and frequently steal stars, with Greedy Gala being the worst. It seems like the CPUs gang up on the player rather than the other CPUs.

I don't have any of these issues when I play solo on regular mode (vs 3 CPUs), so is this unique to Story Mode? It's genuinely exhausting for me trying to get through Story Mode so I can unlock the Bowser map. Any advice is appreciated.
