Is it actually as if you were to do a coin flip, or are there some sort of genetic or biological factors that can make you more likely to have one gender than the other? And is there a good explanation as to why some families are way more likely to have like 8 times as many girls as boys and vice versa even through several generations, or it a 50/50 chance every time and it just happens to give one out more than the other by pure chance?
