I have applied for VRE and am waiting for for a point of contact. My question is how hard is it to get approved-for education benefits? I had to move out of state and change schools because the college I was at lost all of their federal funding for the pilot program. I changed my major in order to keep receiving BAH and ended up wasting a third of my GI BILL. I only stayed at that college because they kept saying funding would be back the next semester however it took a year for the funding to come back. Any insight on the Chapter 31 education application and process would be greatly appreciated.
