Hey everyone,

I’m planning a food trip from LA to Orange County and want to focus on bánh mì while I’m there. I grew up with pretty high expectations for it, so I’m looking for places that are actually worth the drive.

I’m not only looking for the most famous spot. I’d love to know which places have the best baguette, good pâté, well-seasoned meat, fresh vegetables, and that proper balance of crunchy, savory, and bright flavors.

Open to classics like đặc biệt, grilled pork, chicken, meatball, or anything a little different if it is genuinely good.
