How To Replace Salt in Soup

I eat a lot of soup, since it's a very cost-effective way to eat healthily, and it makes meal prep simple. Typically just whatever meat I feel like eating, whatever veggies I have on hand, add salt, pepper, worchestershire sauce, and maybe some other herbs and spices.

Thing is that I like my soup pretty salty, but I was told by my doctor I had best reduce my salt intake. Do you folks recommend any ways to keep the soup flavorful while reducing the amount of salt I have to add?
