Looking for someone that can create a half scaled/furred dragon character based on images and ideas, preferable quick.
A slightly altered post from last time due to changed constraints. I've got some ideas I can mention along with the images. This character is meant to be aa bit muscular and go along with 2 others. NSFW would be more helpful. If it could be done quick, that would be preferred since I've been stuck for months/a year for the others and I'd really appreciate if I had at least 1 character done haha. I only do PayPal.
